Runlytics.

Terms of Service

Last updated 14 August 2026

By using Runlytics you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.

1. What Runlytics is

Runlytics is a running app. It reads the fitness data your phone already holds, works out what it means, and helps you find races, clubs and events.

2. Your account

Some features need an account. You sign in with Apple or Google; we do not ask you to create a password.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your Apple or Google sign-in secure. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to have an account.

3. Your content

Anything you post — activities you share, comments, photos, club posts — remains yours. By posting it you give us permission to store it and show it to the people you chose to show it to, which is all we need to run the app.

Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to post. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break this rule.

4. Health information is not medical advice

This is the important one. Runlytics estimates things like readiness, training load and fitness age from the data your phone collects. Those are estimates from consumer sensors, not clinical measurements, and they are not medical advice.

Do not use Runlytics to diagnose, treat or make decisions about a medical condition. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme, and stop exercising and seek help if you feel unwell. You train at your own risk.

5. Races, clubs and tickets

Where Runlytics lists an event or sells a ticket, the event is run by its organiser, not by us. Their terms, their refund policy, their decisions about cancellation and their conduct at the event are theirs.

Some listings are compiled from public information and are not affiliated with the organiser. Where that is the case the app says so on the listing.

6. Availability

We try to keep Runlytics working, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Features can change or be withdrawn.

7. Ending things

You can stop using Runlytics whenever you like, and you can delete your account from inside the app. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Runlytics is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Changes

If these terms change we will update the date above and note it in the app. Continuing to use Runlytics after a change means you accept it.
